Mavric
Really should be @knapplc's thread. But since @twofittyonred asked... Nebraska currently #9 in the B1G according to ESPN's FPI #115 in points per game (20.3) #90 in yards per play (5.30) #21 in points per game allowed (18.6) #11 in yards per play allowed (4.50) @ Michigan State #12 FPI #127 ppg (18.0) #112 ypp (4.95) #84 ppga (27.8) #63 yppa (5.50) vs Maryland #5 FPI #37 ppg (32.6) #50 ypp (6.05) #31 ppga (20.4) #33 yppa (5.11) @ Wisconsin #4 FPI #88 ppg (24.8) #91 ypp (5.28) #24 ppga (19.0) #29 yppa (5.04) vs Iowa #6 FPI #120 ppg (19.5) #132 ypp (4.12) #6 ppga (14.5) #4 yppa (4.18) 1 7 Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Interesting that Maryland looks to be the toughest test on paper. But after losing to Illinois and Northwestern the last two weeks..... Quote Link to comment

MSU might be a bad opening quarter away from just packing it in. 1 1 4 Quote Link to comment

Fru
There’s a path to victory in all of these games. Just find one. 1 3 Quote Link to comment

Then I just looked at his stats and he was 18/39 for 165 yards (4.2 ypa), so not great. Bigger news from that game though was Braelon Allen left at halftime and had his foot in a boot for the 2nd half. Quote Link to comment

Our first quarter habit of giving up the football, will stop MSU from packing it in- expect the same sloppy play that might allow them to win. I hope not, but being only 4 point favorites against the worst team in the league?? - Vegas knows us, they only get it wrong- like last games spread, because of our D's tenacity and the ineptitude of the other team's O Quote Link to comment

Hooked on Huskers
Turtles was the same Husker' record, 5 wins and 3 losses overall. But October, Terps 0W-3L, Huskers 3W-0L. Anyway next game, Huskers(-3.5) at Spartans ..... ...... but Huskers can't handle natural grass according to Lee Corso (Fiesta Bowl). 1 Quote Link to comment

Minnesota (who the computers think are pretty similar to us) was a 6.5 favorite at home vs MSU this past weekend. So I think us being a 3.5 favorite on the road is a fair line. Quote Link to comment
