DJR313
That's not good. Gabbert didn't play very well in his first game either. What the heck? Quote Link to comment

BIGREDIOWAN
overrated??? Man don't say that!!!! I hope he gets his sh#t together or this could end up blowing up in our face!!!! Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
OUCH! The Longhorns' much-heralded quarterback, Nebraska-bound Blaine Gabbert, was just five of 16 passing for 64 yards and a pair of interceptions before he was benched in favor of his younger brother, Tyler, for the final 8:57 of the game. Tyler Gabbert threw for the Longhorns' lone score of the game, with less than a minute remaining. Man not good!!!! I wonder what the hell is going on!!! Quote Link to comment
Alex 4.0
how can one perform so well at camps and such and then play like this??????? all the recruiting gurus were considering him a top tier player....they can't be all wrong? Is it his decision making, or is his team just not very good? Quote Link to comment
husker rob
maybe his recievers suck, and he has no line support. probably trying to do everything himself and is forcing throws, or there is a hidden injury Quote Link to comment
zoogs
No excuses. Let's hope he pulls out of this rut soon. By the way, do you have a link for this? Edit, link found. Here's the link. one more paragraph: The Longhorns' much-heralded quarterback, Nebraska-bound Blaine Gabbert, was just five of 16 passing for 64 yards and a pair of interceptions before he was benched in favor of his younger brother, Tyler, for the final 8:57 of the game. Tyler Gabbert threw for the Longhorns' lone score of the game, with less than a minute remaining. Parkway West coach Mike Roth declined to comment except to say that the elder Gabbert will be back in the starting lineup next week. I guess we'll see. Quote Link to comment
huskerfan500
not good, hope he steps up his game Quote Link to comment
KIRBY
My guess is that he still isn't feeling well and or the players around him are not very good. Quote Link to comment
Hunter94
relax guys, he must not be feeling right. this is the same kid who was top dog in the elite 11 qb group. Quote Link to comment
FriscoTXHusker
I don't think he suddenly lost all his talent. Hope things improve, however, not to worry yet. Quote Link to comment

adc7236
maybe his recievers suck, and he has no line support. probably trying to do everything himself and is forcing throws, or there is a hidden injury I was thinking the same thing. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
I thought it said he has been sick in the actual Gabbert thread. Quote Link to comment
admo
Maybe dr. evil came back in time and stole his mojo, baby. Yah baby Yah!! Fellas I would guess it's not football related. He's still in high school, prolly dating a cheerleader who's messing with his head & dumped his @$$. Or maybe he got caught foolin' around? Remember these kids are still kids and high school can be tough on many of them. Just my two pennies worth. He'll be fine. Quote Link to comment
