jakokid
For me it's football. Kind of makes you think though. Quote Link to comment
husker B-rent
doesnt make me think........FOOTBALL FOOTBALL FOOTBALL. nuff said. Quote Link to comment
huskerfan500
both, man that is tough question, I would rather have both in top 15 let alone top 10, I think I will go out on a limb and say basketball because I am still playing basketball, on the other hand football is bigger so I still have to go with a tie Quote Link to comment
Danimal
Football, not even close. Â Maybe if it was a deal for Creighton and Nebraska to be elite basketball programs I'd say B-ball but even then I'm not sure if I'd opt for b-ball. Quote Link to comment
tattooedhusker
no brainer for me, football...if i had to choose Quote Link to comment
Bleeding Husker Red
For me it's football. Kind of makes you think though. Â I don't see any reason why we can't have both. And some of our other sports as well. Quote Link to comment
General Blackshirt
That is tough...i love to watch both sports and to follow my team so close. But it would have to be football, because you have much easier acces to see every single game. It is probably harder to get as emotionally attached to basketball when you don't see every game and a couple losses isn't that big of a deal..but who knows.. Quote Link to comment

Man, that would be sweet if Creighton and Nebraska could get a UNC / Duke thing going on. Creighton needs to get into a major conference first, I suppose. Â For me, its football, but I think the days of a consistent top 10 football team are gone. A team (Nebraska, FSU) gets 5 years or so, and then the next wave of teams (USC, LSU) rises up. strigori
Football. I dont give a rat's about BBall. The only time anyone not a hardcore fan of a team actually follows college BBall, is in March. Quote Link to comment
Apathy
Is Basketball even a sport???? I'd go with Football any days cause that's a real sport! Quote Link to comment
HuskerTrucker
Basketball ?? What is this Basketball you speak of?? Quote Link to comment
huskered17
It would be nice to have both of them in the top 10 each year, but you have to go with the revenue sport that helps pay for most of the programs at Nebraska. Would be kind of hard to put 80 thou fans in the BB arena, and the Final 4 doesnt pay 14 mil. Â GBR!!! Quote Link to comment
DaveH
I'd rather have both, but if I had to choose the no brainer is football. Quote Link to comment
HANC
Without hesitation..........FOOTBALL........ Â It would be nice if the BB team could consistantly make the tourney, but Top 10 football is where it is at..... Quote Link to comment
MCAT800
Not even a question....... FOOTBALL!!!!!!! Quote Link to comment
