chamrocck
Darn...poor choice but what are you gonna do. Really wanted this guy and thought he'd be great at NU. Maybe the next Owa...makes the wrong move and never heard from again. Good luck. Quote Link to comment
Treand3
Honestly after watching Rose play tonight, I feel more comfortable about not getting Q. Quote Link to comment
Bradr
...and most importantly the practice schedule to where (engineering labs) won’t interfere with practice,” Lambert said. “A lot of schools practice in the afternoon. During the time I’d need to be in a lab, there would be practice or film study. I’d lose a lot. Rutgers holds morning practices and labs are in the afternoon. NUance
You guys are bagging on him because he didn't go to Nebraska? He made made the choice that he thinks is right for him. I'm sorry, but NU is not the right place for everyone. So how about we be happy for him and support his decision instead of ripping on him just because he didn't pick the school we wanted him to. You do realize this is a Nebraska football board right? For Husker fans? Are NU fans supposed to be happy a kid chose to go elsewhere? I don’t see anybody in this thread bagging on the guy too harshly. Mostly disappointment at not bringing him into the fold as a recruit. Besides, who made you the hall monitor anyway? Maybe you should keep your smarmy little comments to yourself. Quote Link to comment
Redtillimdead
Peter King from sports illustrated just said on the Dan Patrick show that Greg shiano will be in the NFL and soon! Quote Link to comment
The Maudfather
Peter King from sports illustrated just said on the Dan Patrick show that Greg shiano will be in the NFL and soon! Don't think that will affect Lambert's decision. Quote Link to comment
girlknowsfootball
Lambert wanted to stay near home to be with his dad and he wanted to build cars... Rutgers does both of those for him. He also wants to be the star at his school... the one that sticks out...so he's staying home to do that. Done. Quote Link to comment
MLB 51
Their Engineering department has classes in the morning not afternoon. UNL on the other hand has their's in the afternoon. He said this was a big reason why he chose Rutgers. Quote Link to comment

HuskerShark
Besides, his reason for going to Rutgers was because of the format of the classes. Nothing has changed there. Quote Link to comment

HuskerT
Well, we'll see if he's committed to the school or the coaching staff. Quote Link to comment

Their class structure worked better for his major than ours did. Quote Link to comment
