Have we really not talked this to death enough that we have to talk about hypotheticals that didn't happen and won't happen? I think that aspect is for everyone saying that Penn State consented to the punishment; in the way that the Band Leader consented to signing Luca Brazi's contract to release Johnny Fontaine. 1 Quote Link to comment

My guess secret pact just like OU. OU initially slapped NCAA penalties by vacating one year wins under QB Bomar, Adrian and OL scandal era ($$ money with no work). University VP and Athletic Director are indicted on counts of perjury before the grand jury.
