NYJ0815
Haven't even touched Miller for 5 quarters now including last year...unless they can suddenly and magically figure out how to do it, this 2nd half will get ugly. That's not true. We touched him like Sandusky at a pajama party during the second half of last year's game before he came up lame. #1) LOL #2) They did slow him down some but he was able to gash us for a few even in the second half last year. I'm not counting the 1st qr today because the Bucks came out pretty vanilla to start with. Hoping Bo and Paps come up with something. Quote Link to comment
MichiganDad3
Why have we not tried to throw downfield at all. They have been talking about their suspect secondary all year. I have been less than impressed with the play calling. The one time we did it worked even though they blitzed. When we get a coaching staff worth a sh#t. Nothing has changed as a mobile QB will always dominate a Bo led defense. Let's stop pretending having troubles with mobile QBs is exclusive to "Bo led defenses". Braxton Miller plays like this against everyone. Did you watch Michigan State last week? MSU gave up 17 points in the game.....we have given up 35 in a HALF......that is more than troubles, that is getting your ass handed to you. tOSU has nothing around Miller and we still can't stop him. That is Cozgrove like coaching. Maybe CozBo should be used every time we face a mobile QB since Bo's defenses look every bit as bad as his did against everybody. Bo Pellini is spanish for Kevin Cosgrove. Quote Link to comment
CheeseHusker
Well.... 27-10 last week, 27-6 last year.... at least we know we're capable. OK, that was at home, I know. Look, we've owned a sizeable portion of this game. We really should be ahead or tied. If the tables would ever $%^#*ing turn and we'd actually be the beneficiary of a couple of turnovers for once..... Quote Link to comment
VectorVictor
Why have we not tried to throw downfield at all. They have been talking about their suspect secondary all year. AFhusker
When will Nebraska be NEBRASKA again? I'm tired of us being our own worst problem on these nationally televised games. When we get a coaching staff worth a sh#t. Nothing has changed as a mobile QB will always dominate a Bo led defense. Comes down to athletes.... and we don't have them on defense, or the offensive line.... Which is still a coaching problem....Bo didn't start taking recruiting seriously until last year, now we see the result of that indifference towards recruiting. I agree that Bo didn't recruit well for a couple years, but to act like he don't know what he is doing is ridiculous (see 2009).... Bo is great when he has other people's recruited talent...Bill handed him Suh and Co....replacing those guys with Cam, Baker etc is the problem. Quote Link to comment
kid nickels
Well, last week at this time we were in full panic mode, too. Does 27-10 ring a bell? There is still hope. Quote Link to comment
dmdcash
Sorry guys, not trying to flame, but if Brax stays healthy, we win last year also. Quote Link to comment
nuhuskeralum
Bo seat has got to be getting at least a little warm by now!! not really not really, 9 win seasons in this day and age should keep your job, we just need to see some better sprinkled in. Quote Link to comment
lo country
Dominate, hell they own us. reality setting in, we are an also ran, a used to be, an asterisk in the record books. It ain't talent folks............ Saved for posterity. Feel free to post it agin when we start dominating. I will gladly eat those words. I am extremely disappointed. Quote Link to comment
Polarhusker
Need to chill out, folks. Lots of football left to be played. While we've been our own worst enemy the first half and have had virtually no answer for Braxton Miller, we have to believe that Pelini will adjust and hopefully slow them down. If we come out and score, it's a 4 point game. It hasn't been pretty, but it's far from over. but it's so much easier to freak out. Quote Link to comment
krc1995
we are not out-talented by OSU, we are messed in the head. Quote Link to comment
B.B. Hemingway
It would be awesome if the rest of the B1G would go back to "3 yards and a cloud of dust".... Quote Link to comment
huskerXman
IMO, that last TD did us in.. We will not come back. Quote Link to comment

The Maudfather
Ohio St is not the better team, maybe better coached, but not the better team. You take Braxton Miller away and they are getting blown out, besides the 14 points we gave them. Ohio State, thus far, is the better team. Normally the better team doesn't continually shoot themselves in the foot. Fortunately for us, we still have an entire half of football to prove who's the better team. Quote Link to comment
