MichiganDad3
How many QBs get significant playing time, not just handing the ball off? I am hoping TM is done at halftime because the defense is more dominant than anyone imagined, giving the 2nd and 3rd QBs real playing time. Quote Link to comment
JJ Husker
I would say the O/U number for that is 2.5, I'm taking the overs at 3 QB's seeing time. The 3rd may not be significant though but am hoping #2 gets some real looks for 1+ quarters. Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
3 will see the field. However, by your criteria, the number is 2. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
Hopefully 4 that we see some wildcat with Newby..... Did I just go there? Yes. Yes I did. Quote Link to comment
NUance
I predict Husker TDs will be thrown by three different QBs. Including Brett Smith. 1 Quote Link to comment
Ric Flair
I think 2 and suspect the game will be closer than many think. My guess is we pull away late and win comfortably, but don't cover the spread. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
I would say three but something tells me they'll get Kellogg in first (after Martinez is done) because he's a senior and I'm not sure they'll risk Armstrong as he has been slowed by injury. Unless it's really ugly and Fyfe gets a shot I'll say just two for this week. Quote Link to comment
deedsker
All of 'em! All of 'em! Let's play all of 'em! All of 'em! Quote Link to comment
grandpasknee
Well, technically, when our defense gets all up in Festus Smith's face and back plant him half a dozen times, he'll be so rattled that it will look like he is playing against Wyoming as well, so I'm going to say 4 QBs will play against Wyoming. Three of ours and one of theirs. Quote Link to comment
NUance
Smith will be in Pelini's QB graveyard by this time tomorrow. Quote Link to comment
CheeseHusker
I'm thinking 2. Taylor plays 3.5 quarters and RK3 gets half the fourth. I don't know if this gets ugly enough to see Armstrong. Quote Link to comment
Enhance
I'm thinking only two. I too don't think this game will be ugly enough to justify the 3rd string QB, and my guess is that the game will still be within a score or two at half time. Martinez will probably get pulled early in the fourth and Kellogg will ride the wave the rest of the way. Quote Link to comment
K-Town Husker
I hope three. Two is realistic. If only one then the game was closer than it should have been. Quote Link to comment
strigori
I really want to see three. Kellogg has earned some snaps, and Armstrong really needs to see all the snaps he can get, so we don't go into next season without any experience at all at QB Quote Link to comment
True2tRA
I think 2 and suspect the game will be closer than many think. My guess is we pull away late and win comfortably, but don't cover the spread. We win by 35 or more. Book it. Quote Link to comment
