Northwestern lost a lot of their running backs, but aside from that have they been hampered in any other area? I know Georgia lost a lot of skill players. Quote Link to comment

Our co-starter at STAR LB (weakside) Jairus Jones sprained his MCL during the ND game. We were hoping to get him back for Nebraska but last week we learned he's done for the year and his career is over. So that's a bit of a bummer. WR Aaron Burbridge has been out for a couple of weeks with a hamstring issue. He was arguably our best WR last year as a true frosh but has been quiet this year. Should be back for this game. DT Tyler Hoover has had a great season this year but had a calf (?) injury. He did not play vs. Illinois and UM. We've hoping to have him back for this game but no guarantees.
