DrunkOffPunch
For all the criticism Andrew Green got early in his career, I thought he had a good game along with a surprisingly good season. Quote Link to comment

knapplc
I said this before the bowl game and believe it to be true right now - it was a meaningless game, a lackluster matchup because we faced the same team we faced last year, and whether we won or lost it wouldn't change how the season went down. Those are the facts. But damn, it's a hell of a lot more fun to go into the offseason ending with a win, isn't it? Quote Link to comment
NoLongerN
Glad for the win. We are very fortunate. Thanks for the gifts on turnovers, the short fields and the game management. We needed a W. Quote Link to comment

I think it did change the season. A loss would have set a depressing tone for the next season. Recruiting could suffer and we cant afford that. The win definitely meant something to all of us. VectorVictor
Plane fares are up too with tack on fees added. I cancelled my Thanksgiving trip this year and last year because the plane fares were much too high. Maybe if the economy comes back and the Feds allows the energy drilling everywhere the fuel costs will drop down. Um...yeah...no. Certainly the reduction in the number of Airlines and the monopolization of routes doesn't play into this at all... Quote Link to comment

Redux
Bleacher Report knows its shiznit! THat was the greatest image of the game last night. Bleacher Repoert probably reported that Alabama Birmingham beat Oklahoma State in the Sweet and Low Bowl though... Quote Link to comment
3rd and long
That was a good shot. From the concerned look on her face I was wondering if McCarron was hurt and still down. Once you have kids playing you know that look. Quote Link to comment

EbylHusker
f#*k yes, let's get natural resource drilling and excavation in most of our national parks so we can get to the football bowl games more cheaply (which you wouldn't be able to anyway). Durrrr. Murica, Murica, Murica! Yeehaw!! Quote Link to comment
Kernal
The price of gas will never go down. Time to get over it. Quote Link to comment
