Savage Husker
I guess we wait to see what the staff does. The moment a RB is offered, they've moved on, if nothing comes then they're fighting til the end and feel confident in a) he signs with NU 2) we feel comfortable at the position and with a small class there are other needs. He would be a great get, but there are other positional needs that will lead us to a title, like OL/DL and a playmaking QB. Running backs are becoming a dime a dozen. Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Now the Rivals guy who originally posted his "report" - heard from 'a source', not from the Busseys - is now saying the situation sounds different now that he has actually talked to Bussey Sr. Quote Link to comment
Danny Bateman
Good. NU, from a football standpoint, is truly the best place for KBJr. Quote Link to comment

ADS
Looks like it was Mike Farrell who jumped the gun on the story. Might just be another time a rivals writer jumped on a story before having all his facts straight. Kendall and Fisher spoke. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirts007
I'm surprised he didn't jump to a 5 star when this guy reported he has more interest in SEC schools. Quote Link to comment

Dr. Strangelove
Good to hear. But, in all honesty, football fans (not just Husker fans) need to remember that life is bigger than football. If Kendall truly loves Tennessee and thinks it's the best fit for him, then by all means he should go. He'll put up big numbers no matter what school he attends Life is about having fun and doing what you love and if that's playing football for the University of Tennessee, then go. If that means playing RB at DONU, all the better! I'm glad to hear the situation is different now, but cmon... no need to scold a kid if he makes a decision that he thinks is best for himself. 2 Quote Link to comment
