DomiNUs
Anything is possible, I guess. I'll drink the kool aid he's serving up. GBR! 1 Quote Link to comment
beorach
I guess it's just hard to see from here in the benthos - I had to look that one up! I wish I know where some of these guys pulled those stats...like adjusted turnover margin. That's tremendously bad luck to have taken us from a positive margin. Quote Link to comment
Redux
I actually enjoyed that more than I thought I would. It touched on some key points. We will get more consistency, bad luck should improve, turnover margin should improve and a decent but manageable schedule. I'm not gonna say we go 15-0, but a shot at a conference crown is definitely a possibility like the staff or not. 1 Quote Link to comment

StPaulHusker
Right now we have the same record as every other team trying to get into next seasons playoffs, so I'm in. Quote Link to comment
theknife
They had me till the end: "The schedule is navigable but tricky. Oregon visits Lincoln in September, and road trips to Wisconsin, Ohio State and Iowa loom large. This team will have to start games faster, finish games stronger and play games cleaner than last year." Quote Link to comment

JJ Husker
Thoughts? Brian Leigh owns a big ole crack pipe is my first thought. Actually, it looks like he picked Nebraska to write this story about and then proceeded to justify it any crazy way he could. Hopefully he is much closer to being right than I think he is........but he won't be. Pass the base pipe Brian. Quote Link to comment
Waterloohusker26
Where's the end of the world crowd? You know the ones who would find a way to complain after we win the national championship 1 Quote Link to comment
junior4949
A team we beat made the playoffs this year. Why not? 1 Quote Link to comment
RedDenver
Keep in mind the last line of the article: "It's unlikely, but the numbers say it's possible." The article is trying to predict which of the 7 wins or less teams is most likely to reach the playoffs. Given that constraint, I think the logical makes sense. Quote Link to comment
HuskerNBigD
Did i miss the news that the playoffs expanded to 32 teams? Quote Link to comment
