ScottyIce
Cheap shot? I said he didn't have respect for the school... not a cheap shot. Get at me.Yeah, that's a cheap shot. Go back to telling everyone how we are still in it with Darnay. Why don't you come on over to the woodshed little boy. Quote Link to comment

broganreynik
Just decommitted due to distance from home https://twitter.com/Rporcher4/status/808410965863759872 Distance from home but still considering Michigan and Michigan State... So 17 hour drive is fine. 21 hour drive is just TOOO much. Anyway, if he doesn't stay close to Florida, it wasn't about distance from home. Where did you understand that Michigan and Michigan State are still in it? Because in the same article of him decommitting it said they were. At least Michigan State. And the Orlando Sentinel seems to think Michigan still is. But hey, I'm just making stuff up right? I'm certainly not privy to his other family's whereabouts, but considering where his dad played pro ball, it's definitely not that [/] far from Ann Arbor or East Lansing. I would surmise he at least has a bunch of people he knew growing up. I could definitely be wrong, but if he goes to either Michigan school, I wouldn't take it like he was lying about his decommitment. Quote Link to comment

In radio interview, his dad said most of his family has never missed a game. Grandparents, close family live in Florida. This is about distance per everyone involved. Going anywhere near or further than Nebraska, would make this a lie. Quote Link to comment

Didn't say they were "in it" like you are implying. Quote Link to comment
seaofred92
Guys. The kid can go wherever he wants. Only people wrong here are grown men freaking out about someone they have no relation to choosing not to go to Nebraska. I would hope you'd have more important things going on in your life than having to throw a temper tantrum about Robert Porcher IV. Wish the kid luck and move on. 6 Quote Link to comment

Wordek
I don't see the distance from home as that bad of an excuse. Obviously just changed his mind and didn't want to hurt our apparently fragile feelings Quote Link to comment
