mrandyk
The NYTimes needs to source that sh#t. Lazy journalism not providing sources for claiming that they're lies. I agree. I did not read the comprehensive list, but just reading the last entry of "we are the most taxed nation in the world" being disputed without any evidence bothers me a bit. I'm sure Trump is full of sh#t, he rarely says anything based in reality, but the media should be providing sources and evidence here. (It is immensely depressing that the media is being held to a higher standard than the f'ing president) 2 Link to comment
NM11046
I think the point of the article is that they researched each comment and found it to be false, thus the inclusion on the list. You're saying you'd want sources for each of the page full? Link to comment
zoogs
It would certainly make this page a lot more impressive to have several footnotes for each claim. Link to comment
Landlord
You were being sarcastic right Landlord? I mean, the source is right out of the mouth of our leader ... No. Without the sources to back it up the people that disagree just see it as "he said, they said". I can't argue with a Trump supporter or with anyone making the claims that they are making in regards to his lies without knowing where the counter claims come from and what backs them up. NM11046
They do cite sources at the end of the article, "Sources: Politifact; Factcheck.org; The Washington Post Fact Checker; The Toronto Star". But you're saying you'd like each one identified individually? Link to comment

NM11046
I agree - it's going to get fun. As a general rule I'd say 136% of the press is smarter and more well spoken than any of the folks on his cabinet. Link to comment
Kiyoat Husker
What was that Mark Twain quote about not picking a fight with someone that buys ink by the barrel?..... Trump is going to spin himself into a fit trying to fight the media. What a f*cking waste of time and energy. Link to comment
