He went to the CIA and stood in front of the memorial wall and did nothing but talk about himself and crowds at his inauguration. He then tweets out this talking about paying respects at the wall and how it gave HIM long standing ovations.....win??? Link to comment

Maybe he doesn't tweet much from a computer. He admitted in an interview awhile ago that he doesn't know how to even turn on a computer. No phone to him means no technologies.
