Trump v Clinton.  Kinda a no brainer as we have seen.   Good SCOTUS appointments, economy was roaring and made a good comeback post COVID.   Retirement accounts were on fire.
Trump v Biden.  Kinda a no brainer as seen by the the results on the Trump years and what we are having to go through with Joey (or the actual person making decisions)

Now to other parts of the gem you posted.   How many districts outside of Manhattan, DC and parts of CA would the E Jean case turned out the same way?   Very few if none.   A 30 year old case with limited circumstantial evidence?!?!   Ehhhh color me shocked it was a verdict for the Plaintiff.  The lady couldn’t remember hardly anything about the case except Trumps name and building the allegation took place in.  Now…let’s just go with it though and get back to your gem of a complaint.   The case and verdict came after the 2020 election.
Let’s talk “racist”.   The R candidate that outperformed the recent R presidential candidates in minority vote.   The candidates that you all say is the party R’s should be.   The ones minority’s really really didn’t like.    Are you talking about the racist candidate that funded HBCU’s to the tune of $250 million per year, the candidate that did prison reform (which is supposed to help minority more than any other group), opportunity zone investment.    That Racist.    Oh, I guess he must have not done too well in racism class :laughpound  Try a bit harder on that one.

re: racism, no. Even though there are dozens of examples I could reference that anyone with an open mind would find evidence enough, I'm talking about the guy that the DOJ sued twice (once again after settling and then finding that Trump wasn't honoring the "stop being racist" terms of the settlement) for having a policy of refusing to rent his properties to black folks. The one who was fined $200,000 by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission for moving African American and female employees from craps tables to accommodate racist mafia gamblers.

Why didn't you refute the defrauding and con artist parts? Conveniently not wanting to acknowledge Trump University, stealing from his own charity, the hundreds of accounts of him not paying vendors and contractors, the hundreds of millions of tax fraud he helped his father with that he benefited from, etc.

We've also gotta remember in regards to the sexual assault descriptor you're trying to bend into a pretzel to dismiss, that at the end of the day we're talking about Mr. "grab em by the pu&&y" himself, who also casually admitted to being in the locker room with underage Teen USA pageant contestants in states of undress in their their dressing rooms.

Not only should Trump be prosecuted, but Section 3 of the 14th Amendment clearly bars anyone from holding office who has “engaged in insurrection” against the United States of America. He should be disqualified from running for president. It’s that simple.

Amazing how easy a narcissist can lump himself in the company of many sad days America has had. From events like Gettysburg to Pearl Harbor to 9/11. And here you have a guy who carelessly mishandles our National Security investments, breaks the law, and he wants us all to feel sorry for him when he gets in trouble for it.
