The South Carolina bill allows abortion in that type of case.

I’m sure whoever laughed can tell us why Trump wasn’t even worse than we expected.  Even Archy agrees Trump is so far gone, that even he will not vote for him again.

We got good SCOTUS justices, more of our money back, finally a border discussion with a tad bit of action (not nearly enough), no new wars a roaring economy.   I guess it sounds like some don’t like that stuff
