spurs1990
I think we have a 90% chance of snagging bookie as it sits now. Too many advantages for us. Wow, you're a lot more confident than I am with Bookie.... I'm cautiously optimistic, as of right now. I mean it's pretty obvious he is a hard Nebraska lean right now Just like Lewis and Darnay at points right? They also didn't have a cousin who they were super close with already on the team. I don't think anyone feels nearly as good about landing Bookie without Tyjon on the team. It certainly helps but doesn't solidify anything. Two of Darnay's really good friends chose here and his Godfather was the parent of one of them. Didn't really get us much besides a hat on the table that didn't get much of a look. Hope you're right. Skeptical until I see other things besides twitter posts.yet everyone and their momma knew Woodbey was an OSU lean because of his Twitter. So that's only good information if it's not pointing towards us? And every recruiting analyst (who are paid to do this stuff) said he was an OSU lean. I haven't heard that from anyone regarding Radley-Hiles, and Nebraska. someone literally just said in there "if twitter follows/favorites are any indication (they usually are) then he is OSU bound" Brendans twitter page and favorites page is heavily huskers stuff not alot of other schools floating around, I think that probably means he is a nebraska lean, which is what I've been saying all along. Do you really think that's untrue? Because I just think you are being "cautiously optimistic" as a defense mechanism when it's clear to see we are the favorites. Never said he was committed, just said he was a hard lean. Was that a recruiting analyst? Quote Link to comment

Pretty sure he isn't like that and is legitimately interested Quote Link to comment

Never said he was committed, just said he was a hard lean. Again, I think Nebraska is in it, I just don't base a lot off of Twitter posts. We have seen a number of recruits in the past post pro-Nebraska content, because they know Nebraska fans will flock to that post, and grovel at their feet.... Quote Link to comment

But I have seen interviews and followed his recruitment on here and seen he is genuine and actually cares about the relationships he has formed with our coaches and players. I know enough to say I'm confident he isn't just fishing for attention and I'm sure plenty on this board would back me up on that Quote Link to comment

All I said I agree with Nebfanatic and I think people are trying to argue over semantics. I would agree that right now he is a Nebraska lean. A lot of momentum and support to back up what Nebfanatic is saying. However, momentum and feelings can change (see Joe Lewis). Should be an exciting ride following this guys recruitment. ScottyIce
Is it true that the DB Coach at Florida left? They were considered his favorite quite a while back. With that happening though, I would think that definitely evens things out a bit. Plus, add in that he hasn't said much about Florida lately... Quote Link to comment
Redux
Yes, Bookie is currently a hard Nebraska lean. Quote Link to comment
DrunkOffPunch
It's definitely far from over, but we're in a good position. Bookie is a big fan of Gerry. We could potentially see 2 CBs get drafted next year. D. Will will be his #1 target. Last but not least he had a great relationship with Riley. IMO Bookie has a certain level of maturity akin to AA that meshes really well with Riley. Quote Link to comment
Ratt Mhule
Yes, Bookie is currently a hard Nebraska lean. You were I think 90-100% right on your 2017 info so I believe this 1 Quote Link to comment
Scott Tenorman
I feel better about Bookie than I ever did about Darnay. Quote Link to comment
