You go to work at a company for 25 years and do an OK job for your 25 years at the company, then decide to leave and go work at a new company for 3 years where you don't show up to work on time, you don't get your reports in on time, and do a bad job overall, that company you've been at for 3 years isn't going to let you finish out the calendar year to let you retire on your own time. 1 Quote Link to comment
