Mavric
Reports are the staff is still planning on 22-23 at this point. Wants to hold a couple spots open for transfers. Word is we are still trying to figure out if we want another OL or not. With Piper and Banks moving to offense, we aren't in bad shape with young guys. Considering a JUCO or a HS kid but also might pass on taking another in favor of another WR or OLB, which we have been hitting pretty hard with JUCO offers lately. Definitely_Not_EZ-E
This cycle, we’re looking at taking Herrig or someone late between the first and second signing days if a good one falls to us. I don’t think we’ll turn away a single WR that wants N. Probably the worst position group on this team. We’ve got room for 26, I see us taking 23 and holding 3 for transfers. 1 Quote Link to comment
BIG ERN
Lot of work to put in to get 10+ more kids to commit. I see the class ending up around 18th still Quote Link to comment

It would be an astonishing sales job. 1 Quote Link to comment
Moiraine
If we can pull off beating Iowa next week I think that would go a long way when it comes to recruiting. It would end the regular season on a positive note, give us a bowl game, and give us 2-3 more wins than last year. This season has sucked a$$ but winning the last 2 games would make it a lot easier for them to sell the idea they can turn things around. It’s a pretty huge game for us. Maybe it will help us a little bit that Iowa isn’t playing for the division. 4 Quote Link to comment

I mean ... if we don't make a bowl they wouldn't have those pesky bowl practices getting in the way of recruiting. 1 1 Quote Link to comment
Huskers93-97
I am sure Iowa will be plenty motivated since they hate Nebraska and have an opportunity to keep us out of a bowl Quote Link to comment

All they have now is keeping us out and going to a better game. Although on the flip side, more pressure can be a bad thing. Quote Link to comment

If this was to go to Indy that would be a different story Quote Link to comment
