Baffling play calling for sure. Almost Beck and Langs like with an inability to counter their speed.  I'm guessing we can just blame talent...

I do think there’s something to be said about the talent.  I think you see a pretty different offense today with JD.  I think they’re handcuffed without him cus there’s really nothing behind him and Morgan.

Consistently going 3 and out with short passes and runs straight up the middle is good in what situation?

we need to open up the defense. Keep them honest. Passes down field do that and it’s worth the risk of an int if it makes the offense start to flow.

Its working for MSU.

One thing Frost and Co will improve on is 2nd half adjustments. I'll blame this on lack of experience....

Mark Dantonio has spent his whole career at Michigan State building teams that were built for this very game - a cold, physical, down-in-the-trenches November Big Ten slug fest.

Honestly, neither side of the ball for us is really built for this kind of game at all. If they go up by 10 I see the odds of us winning at about 5% or less.

It's easier to run when you lead on a crap day like this and you have a decent D.

On a nice day like yesterday I think we outscore Sparty and get them playing catch up by streaching their secondary.  Maybe not today as the weather gets worse.

We put up yards on a cold day against Illinois but this isn't Illinois.

And I really miss this.  Truly.

Cam and Ferguson have great potential.
