blessed2bahusker
Not that big of a suprise about Rome. On the plus side Pelini just said Thad Randyll had surgery on his knee to clean it up and he will be 100% going into next year. Sounds like he might miss some or all of spring ball. blessed2bahusker
Said he didn't know how Thad made it through the whole year. Said it shows how much of a warrior he is. Said he is a great football player when he is 100% Quote Link to comment
HuskerNationNick
Don't let the door hit you on your way out Rome. Wish you could have lived up to your expectations. Someone more talented will now get to start! GBR!!!! Quote Link to comment

Hopefully someone who cares about this team and not just himself. +1 From all the reports, practice reviews and his film alone, he felt like he deserved the role because of how high he was recruited and didn't feel he had to fight for his position. He is "TMoore-ing" my new word lol Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
Fool me once. Shame on you. Fool me twice. Shame on me. Damn Rome. I stuck up for him when he came back the first time. Again, who knows the full ins and outs of this situation, but this just reeks that he's doing this a 2nd time. Quote Link to comment
HuskerFowler
Surprised we havent had too much bitching and moaning going on yet. To bad this isnt Hedleys first day back, good chance he would have gotten suspended again. Quote Link to comment

Enhance
Jokes aside, this isn't good. We're laughably inexperienced across the defensive line, have little depth as it is and lost two starters from last year's line that wasn't very good to begin with. 3 Quote Link to comment
carolinabeachHusker
christ I was happy when he came back even though I expected more, oh well his loss hell the door was held open for him here!!!! I hope the youngsters turn out as good as they seem to be!!! GOBIGRED Quote Link to comment

Too bad it didn't work out for Rome to stay at NU. We're real thin at DT. otoh, this leaves the door wide open for new guys to take the field. Wide open. Quote Link to comment
