theknife
Coach Pelini said freshman D.J. Foster is working out on the D-Line. But the long term plan is for him to still be on the O-Line. #Huskers Quote Link to comment
Warrior10
Brian Christopherson @HuskerExtraBC 54s Pelini on Aaron Curry leaving: "He didn't like that he was the fifth tackle. There you go." #Huskers Glad Bo straight up said how it was. Quote Link to comment

The King
Pretty sure no one would like it when a walk-on DT passes you, as a former #1 starter. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
He thinks he's going to start at Oklahoma? Quote Link to comment
Dagerow
I understand that it would suck going from 1st string to 3rd, but maybe working harder is the answer. If you can't work to be a starter at NU, your chances in the nfl are almost non-existent. Also, it's likely that someone will get dinged up, and he will be playing for at least 2nd string for most of the year. 2nd string in our defense gets a significant amount of snaps, as they like to keep people fresh. We need some depth at DT and the coaches believe he is good enough to get a look there, don't see a problem with that. Quote Link to comment

Finding OGs is so much easier than a really good DT. 1 Quote Link to comment

All Conference DT, All American OT.You can't say that's a fact he would have been an all American OL. And just because a decision went a different way than what we would have liked, doesn't mean history would repeat. Quote Link to comment

I think our depth on both lines covers that concern. Quote Link to comment
