alexhortdog95
Northwestern, wow. I guess maybe Fitz shouldn't have talked smack prior to losing his starting RB, eh? Quote Link to comment
Moiraine
I have a feeling we won't know what's up with Gregory for awhile. Bo will just say he's nicked up. Quote Link to comment
Warrior10
Like what I've seen from Tommy, McMullen, and of course Ameer. I would also have no issues with Westerkamp being our top receiving target. Penalties have been frustrating. A lot of potential for this to be a very dynamic offense. The talent is there, can Beck deliver? Gregory. McMullen is playing a hell of a game. He looks slimmer and quicker. Quote Link to comment
deedsker
Success in the passing game depends on TA making the easy throws i.e. the pass over AA's head and receivers making the easy catches i.e. JT in that last series IIRC. Dropped passes, just off the mark throws, and a couple of bad passes. We got room to improve all around. Quote Link to comment
lo country
Definitely disagree about TA's accuracy. For the most part he's been on the money today. A few bad passes here and there yeah (no surprise), but even on most of the incomplete passes he's put it where only the receiver could get to it. He definitely looks improved from last year. Some have hated the comparison (it's not) with TF's completion and TA. Tommies was horrible, but he never lost a game on his arm. Make TD's, completions or throw it away. So far, TA is doing just that. I can take the misses. Its the INT's that will hurt us. Quote Link to comment

knapplc
Liked a lot of what I saw. Good production out of the offense, Ameer is the MAN. Tommy looks fine, the O Line looks fine, and with a few more games under their belts they both could be special. Sucks to see Gregory out. Hope he's OK. But McMullen is doing man's work out there, and Cockrell has shown up well. Josh Mitchell is putting his money where his mouth is, which is very nice. The same can't be said for the WRs. Some sloppy blocking and bad hands out there. Need to see something from someone not named Westerkamp. Would like to see the flags stay in the pockets a little more. You could have called every one of those penalties, but usually you don't. And there were several on FAU (blocks in the back on their long kickoff return) that weren't called. It's the first game for the refs, too. 1 Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
Been to busy watching Gangwish getting pawned to notice, has J Rose been in yet Second half i would love to see Natter opposite McMullen, one series for the offensive starters after this first defensive stop, and Courtney love Quote Link to comment

The D will firm up over the next few games. Quote Link to comment

He needs to settle down, get his feet set on those short passes. Cannot imagine why anyone wouldn't be jazzed up about our down-field potential right about now. Bell, Moore, and Turner need to step up. Or, imo, Turner just probably needs to sit down. Quote Link to comment

Would like to see more TE play in the passing game. Quote Link to comment
