Hunter94
Brian Christopherson @HuskerExtraBC 25m Bo Pelini on Randy Gregory: "Boy, he's doing a lot better. He's running. I think he'll be back in short order." #Huskers Quote Link to comment
VectorVictor
Bo confirmed Gregory will not play against McNeese St Rest him until Miami (unless 100% prior). Get him some practice reps. Make sure he is 100% and it doesn't become a lingering Rex or Martinez issue. I dunno...concerned about Fresno State. Not as much as I was originally after seeing USC have their way with them, but still concerned playing at their house at an odd hour. Would like to see Gregory play (sparingly, if possible) for FSU, if possible... Quote Link to comment
Eagle1
Can you do any kind of training during the off weeks? Or how soon can you start to push it? Got a doctor in the house? Sure. I completely ruptured both my meniscus' and had surgery a few years ago. They had me in physical therapy the next day. It's simply a matter of swelling, flexibility, and stability that determines return to play. I was full strength in 1 month, BUT mine wasn't as minor as it sounds like his is. I've also had athletes have a scope and be full go in two weeks. Generally 2 weeks is the norm. I'm sure with the resources available he could be ready sooner if need be. I am not a doctor just sharing my experiences. Quote Link to comment
JJ Husker
I've got absolutely no inside info on this and very limited "knee" knowledge but, if I had to bet, I would say RG will be good to go and will play in the Fresno game. Everything indicates this was extremely minor and that they are just playing it exceedingly safe. Quote Link to comment
QMany
I'm thinking he plays at Fresno, too. Quote Link to comment
Bigred_inSD
With us having such a young secondary I bet RG4, plays to hopefully force some early and off balanced throws Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Steven M. Sipple @HuskerExtraSip 1m Kenny Bell (groin) remains "day-to-day." He was a little sore Sunday. Randy Gregory "looked great" and likely will practice Tuesday. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
What's the latest on Gregory? Yesterday the AM radio told me he still wasn't participating in all the drills in practice. Which tells me he's not 100%. Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
He told the media he was 90-95% yesterday. He is good to go this weekend and I expect him to have a big game to prove he is back. Quote Link to comment

That was actually two days ago, on Tuesday. Here is an update from yesterday: Dan Hoppen @danhoppen 20h Randy Gregory was a full participant in practice today. Bo says he, “looked like the normal Randy Gregory today." 6 Quote Link to comment
knapplc
I would give that 70 +1s if I could. ^^^ Quote Link to comment

Husker_x
Good news all around. If we get up on Fresno, keep him healthy. I'm just sayin. Quote Link to comment
