seaofred92
I really wish we would look at Will Levis, 2018 QB from CT. Kid is absolutely blowing up right now as he attends more and more camps. Was just down at FSU and scooped an Ole Miss offer today. Pretty mobile for his size and has a great arm. Would love to see what Riley and Langs could do with a prospect like him. Mavric
Couple CB's to UNC for Tyler Shough... one from Wiltfong. Committed to UNC Quote Link to comment
Huskerzoo
No real issue with it but the idea of having 15 by July seems to be going out the window There's still talk of silent commits, not to mention that we have one of our major recruiting events coming up. Only need 6 to get to 15 (though they may not all be solid). Quote Link to comment
Atbone95
We're in on big fish. We want big fish. Big fish don't commit by the end of June (typically). And 15 is our "full". We don't want 15 by July. 1 Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
I'm guessing he wasn't what neither we nor Michigan were looking for in a QB. Quote Link to comment

Red Five
I'm guessing he wasn't what neither we nor Michigan were looking for in a QB. Shough has company in Chapel Hill. Norton, KS dual QB Jace Ruder committed to UNC yesterday. 1 Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
Found something interesting. Nebraska right now is 4th in the Big Ten for the 2018 class behind OSU, PSU and Mich. Now....if we were in the SEC, we would be sitting in 1st for the 2018 class when looking at average player rating. In fact, LSU (who is leading the SEC) would be sitting at 5th in the Big Ten in average player rating. FYI.....Alabama has only 4 commits. 1 Quote Link to comment
Atbone95
Should end up with four 4* DBs... at least three 4* WRs... The Williams deserve a raise. Using 247 Composite: We have commitments from the 62nd, 67th, 126th, 137th, 177th, and 245th (Mario - sucks because 247 rates him 127th) best players in the country, and news today makes us the favorite to land the 181st this weekend. There are years we sign one guy in the top 150. Quote Link to comment

'16- 2 '15- 1 '14- 0 '13- 1 (Plus Gregory however he is calculated?) '12- 0 '11- 5 (Lordy that group looked good on paper) '17 to date as you've pointed out we have potentially 5 if you count Mario to date. Pretty impressive! 1 Quote Link to comment

Mavric
If you're referring to KJJ, probably not. Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
Hmmmm......true. If he's back in January, he would still count on signing day. Quote Link to comment
Nebfanatic
So looks like we are going to bring Tutt aboard, great signing by the staff if that happens! D Will is doing work! Does this end our DB recruiting or will we still be after Griffith, ITS and Hufanga? Would love if we could still sign one of those guys, particularly Hufanga who I think would be the easiest to make room for. Quote Link to comment
seaofred92
we'll still actively pursue all 3 as the odds we sign any of them aren't that great and they are all elite talents at a position we need bodies. Quote Link to comment
