Scratchtown
Good thing I watch from my living room. One of my most hate things in the world ever is bein cramped in tight spaces with people all around you while trying to enjoy a football game for 3-4 hours I once took a female friend to a game. We sat in the angled section just above the NW entry (where the tunnel walk now comes on the field). That was the ONLY time I didn't mind the extremely cramped seats. She was very good-looking, and basically sat in my lap the entire game. I bet that wasnt the only cramped space Knapp was in that day. I'll see myself out. Hahaha!!! Quote Link to comment
hskrfan4life
This is why I like getting to my seat early in 16B1. Get my butt space. But it is gone after we sit downduring timeouts. Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
Rent a seat, set it in your spot and you don't lose your space. 2 Quote Link to comment

huskerfan13
Hearing that this will likely downsize the capacity by about 1,000. Not sure how I feel about it yet. If the stadium attendance starts dipping below 90,000 because of this that will kind of annoy me a bit Quote Link to comment

Lyons in the Sea of Red.
I'd be willing to go back to 85 if it meant they would demolish south stadium and enclose it with multiple decks Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Per a KETV interview, 1,092 seats were removed in North Stadium and 42 seats were removed in South Stadium. Official attendance was just short of 90,000 for the BYU game. Quote Link to comment

84HuskerLaw
Wonder who sits in north stadium that is so important that he could get the AD to dump 1100 season tickets @ $400 plus each so he or she could have a little more room. That's a donation of about 1/4 million annually! Not counting a ton of hot dogs and Dew and runza sales lost! Quote Link to comment

Red Five
I have no problems reducing capacity. With all the expansions and medicore performacens over the past handful of years, the streak is going to end sooner or later w/o downsizing. Quote Link to comment
