It'sNotAFakeID
Our formula next year on offense should be the run game. We really need to put more emphasis on that heading into the off season. I think Ozigbo will be our guy while Newby can be a nice change of pace back but we still need to find out who our 3rd option will be as well. A full off season of winter conditioning will help this team immensely. Also going to need to find somebody to replace Janovich. Quote Link to comment
Dansker
Thank you, seniors and any player who may leave in the offseason! You fought a lot of adversity this year, and you did it with class and dignity. I hope tonight's game serves as a blueprint going forward. 19 passes, 62--yes, SIXTY-TWO--rushes. This along with the yardage we gained on the ground is music to my ears!!! Quote Link to comment

louisianared
Need to ride this momentum into next season. Awesome to see the team respond like this after such a tough year. Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
This is what I've been begging for all season. Keep Tommy to 20 passes or less, and RUN THE FOOTBALL! You don't understand, all the losses this season are Tommy's fault!!! Quote Link to comment
IliveinPortland
The Huskers ouscored the Bruins 16-8 after Gerry was ejected Quote Link to comment
teachercd
I don't have the stats but how many coaches have gone 6-7...won the bowl game and went on to make the playoff the next year? Is is 100%? 1 Quote Link to comment
huskerfan74
No one beats the Huskers when the trophy is a GIANT CORNDOG. 2 Quote Link to comment
Redux
That was probably the most fun I have had watching Nebraska this season. Completely different feel to the team tonight. If we fill some glaring holes and improve as any team in year 2 should, we could be something special. 1 Quote Link to comment

Redux
Omg!!!! The trophy is a giant Foster Farms corndog! For real? Quote Link to comment
Haspula
You dont lose to teams like NW/Illinois/Purdue with that type of offensive playcalling. Even with a back up QB against Purdue. Maybe even BYU Quote Link to comment
IliveinPortland
All the team needed was motivation and who isn't motivated by corndogs! Quote Link to comment
