NM11046
The most disgusting thing about that video to me is Mike Pence with his smirk in the background and all those kids and women they whored out to try and look empathetic. Not a lot of color behind him ... (shocker) Link to comment
Red Five
Do they need McCain to get to 50? Rand and Collins are confirmed "no"? Link to comment
RedDenver
Do they need McCain to get to 50? Rand and Collins are confirmed "no"? His doctor needs to write a prescription of a middle finger and send it to McConnell. 1 Link to comment
NM11046
Do they need McCain to get to 50? Rand and Collins are confirmed "no"? Murkowski just came out as no according to constituents that were marching at her office. (edit - DC reporters still say she is undecided) Collins is a no. Rand said he's potentially say yes to a vote if they were ok w/potentially trashing everything. It's going to be close. Link to comment
Danny Bateman
Rand Paul is a yes on the motion to proceed IF McConnell promises him there will be a chance to vote on straight repeal only (get rid of all of the ACA) and delay. Which seems kind of silly because repeal and delay has no chance to get to 50. So basically he's voting yes to try to get to an endgame that won't happen. Why even vote yes? Link to comment
Danny Bateman
McCain will return tomorrow to vote on healthcare. Here is the state of play: 1 Link to comment
Red Five
So it sounds like Collins is the only sure 'No' at this time? Link to comment

StPaulHusker
I literally don't understand how there could be enough GOP senators not in favor of 2 repeal and replace bills but only 1 not in favor of a whole repeal with no replace and done in secrecy. 1 Link to comment

They all think that McConnell will allow them to participate in the building of the new plan, one that will benefit their constituents if they repeal and replace later. That there will be dialogue and partnership. They are stupid. 1 Link to comment
Danny Bateman
This is a group of people blindly pushing forward on some bill (any bill?) to advance the ball. They don't even know what bill they're pushing for until they get out of their lunch meeting. This is absolutely bonkers. Link to comment
knapplc
John McCain, the "maverick" of the Senate, has a chance today to send a statement that he's not just going to toe the party line, but do what's right for Americans. It'll be a key day for his legacy. Instead, I think he'll vote for his party and damn the consequences. 3 Link to comment
