You lose the right to call a protest 'mostly peaceful' when more than 135 people have been arrested and indicted, and five people died from the event. By this logic, virtually all public demonstrations (even the ones that turn violent/riotous) are "mostly peaceful" because typically only a small minority of people actually take part in violence and looting in comparison to the greater whole.
