zoogs
Sipp thinks Lee has the upper hand: http://journalstar.com/sports/huskers/sipple/steven-m-sipple-riley-tight-lipped-on-qbs-but-lee/article_8e8e3a8a-4e8f-5552-84b7-90d741707b51.html?utm_content=buffer0e0b4&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=LEEDCC And also.... Along those lines, one of my more heated run-ins with Bo Pelini occurred in the spring of 2010, when I tweeted that Taylor Martinez had nudged ahead of Cody Green. The Green camp was unhappy and evidently ruined an otherwise tranquil offseason Saturday evening for Bo — who in turn ruined mine. Ruined? Sip's tweets are more powerful than he knows! 1 Quote Link to comment
The Dude
Wonder if Gebbia would be in the mix this year if he wasn't such a pipsqueak. Get that boy a sammich. 1 Quote Link to comment
Moiraine
If he likes watching film so much the coaches and nutritionists should work together and require him to eat a 16oz chocolate milkshake every time he's in there. 1 Quote Link to comment
Apathy
https://twitter.com/swmckewonowh/status/848272408079478788This is not a good sign with our running game 1 Quote Link to comment

All that sugar would be horrible for him. Could even be the catalyst for diabetes. Quote Link to comment
swmohusker
https://twitter.com/swmckewonowh/status/848272408079478788This is not a good sign with our running game Defense is always ahead of the offense early on. Run game takes time, wouldn't judge too much on 6 padded practices that the defense is winning. They should be at this point. Quote Link to comment

That is a little dramatic. I would say average. Our OL is better than most the west besides iowa and wiscy. Better than Maryland, rutgers, and about same as mich st. Our OL is not dominant by any means but they are not below average. With improved pass game we should be running into cleaner boxes and have more success. Quote Link to comment
HuskerNation1
From all indications it sounds like Lee is starting to pull away with the starting job. I definitely want the best QB to play this fall but hope POB sticks around as he could not start this year and next, and then he's in competition with Gebbia. With that said, this is a great place to finally be in...having too many qualified and competent QBs who can pass the ball. 1 Quote Link to comment
gorp512
I know he's older, but Lee just appears to be so much bigger than O'Brien. Quote Link to comment

SODAKSKERSFAN20
I know he's older, but Lee just appears to be so much bigger than O'Brien. I was at Saturday's practice. Lee is smaller than POB definitely. I would say Lee is in the lead but it's far from over. POB did have a terrible interception during the scrimmage but neither QB threw many past 10 yards. HuskerMerc44
DONU with a pure Passer. I told my woman I'd die before NU got a passer. Looks like I outlived my promise. Guess I'm a liar. Quote Link to comment
