It's his little squinty eyes when he speaks to the press, one trait that i've noticed about him that rubs me the wrong way. It's also a pretty sure sign of a lack of respect towards others and being a "know it all" Quote Link to comment

If the 2 big sports (football and basketball) are not going well, and they generate the most revenue and attention for a program, that is all that really matters. Incorrect. The other sports matter--namely, the ones that garner attention (e.g. Baseball) or are revenue neutral and/or make money (e.g. Football, Basketball, Volleyball, (sometimes) Baseball). And other than Volleyball, all three programs are stagnant or trending down under Eichorst. Quote Link to comment

Nebraska Alum
Shawn Eichorst is the one person that needs to be fired more than Mike Riley. We definitely don't want that idiot hiring anyone else. Fire Eichorst. Find any random Nebraskan to replace him. Then bring in Scott Frost as the next head coach. Quote Link to comment

roadrat
People look for coaches and hey the guy that brought Northern Illinois to Lincoln today is a great place to start. His team had the swagger, they knew what they were doing and played hard from start to finish. Tell me did NU doing any of those things today? Quote Link to comment

It's incredibly difficult to replace a hall of fame coach. Check out Alabama's woes after Bear Bryant retired. How long did it take them to right the ship again? They won a national championship in 1992. 1 Quote Link to comment

So winning the conference title last year for first time In awhile and getting to the post season 3 of last 4 means baseball is trending down? Wow, just wow.
