Nebfanatic
Do we look at a 3rd RB if Washington goes? Quote Link to comment

We still got Mills for another year, Johnson will get a chance to show what he can do, and Thompkins hopefully coming back from his injury. I think Morrison and Scott will be enough Quote Link to comment

If not I think a solid duck R prospect should suffice. Are any if the WR prospects considered duck R and could play in the backfield if needed? Quote Link to comment

I'd say it depends somewhat on how confident we are in Thompkins health. But we already have a couple highly rated guys on board, so not sure a 3rd would want to join. 2 Quote Link to comment
Stumpy1
Thompkins will be used as a Duck R guy also. He will spend a majority of the time as a RB but they will split him out also. Quote Link to comment
Husker in WI
Didn't see anything on the past few pages and I can't be bothered to dig through more - if only there were more posts per page. Anyone have a sense on what our ILB board is like? Is it Tisdol > Bryant-Strother > Curtis > Williams? 1 Quote Link to comment

But I would guess the order you listed would be our ideal order. Haven't seen much on Curtis or Williams lately. 1 Quote Link to comment

Warrior10
Position confidence (1-10 scale): QB - 9...premier QB for this system. Has told a lot of "Big Boys" not to waste their time. RB - 8....two studs. Talk of maybe getting one more, which Held has proven he could do. WR - 6.5...sitting at a boom or bust point seems like. If Betts qualifies, two of Manning/Robinson/Bunkley-Shelton commit this moves to a 9/10. If Betts doesn't qualify and/or we miss out on those three this could be a 5/6. TE - 8....I'd honestly pass on taking one and use the scholly elsewhere. 8 is only because we don't need one, so getting one would just be a bonus. Oline - 7....Love Corcoran and like Conn. 7 is probably the floor here because of those two. Could move up with a good interior guy. NT - 7....Love Nash, interested in Black. Probably done here, just need to hold onto Black. DE - 4....Lynch seems like a solid/real option but hasn't visited yet. Malani/Tuipulotu are taking west coast visits. If we grab Lynch and one of them probably sitting at a 6.5. Lot of work to do here. ILB - 4....we all know the situation here. Started with plenty of targets, they are slowly slimming. We still have some interest. Are they window shoppers or can we seal the deal. Bryant-strother and Tisdol/Curtis would be huge. Mister Williams still out there too. OLB - 6.5....same boat as WR except Blaise will qualify. Blaise is a stud. Terry/Ivey would be decent. Johnson/Kinsler are what we need. Grab those last two and that room flips in a hurry. DB - 7.....Gray is a good get. I really like Delancy. Who knows with Lynum. Need 1-2 more. Fish can recruit and has multiple 4 stars still interested. 4 Quote Link to comment
