To be clear, I think any member of congress, R or D, who sold stock because of this should be investigated

But this is just classic Trump..

Trump asked about senators who sold stock ahead of the market collapse:

Trump:  "I'm not aware of it"  --then goes on to discuss it.---Lie

Trump:  "I guess it was Diane Feinstein and a few others"  -note she's the only Democrat in this group of senators

Reporter:  "to clarify the group also includes Richard Burr...and Kelly Loeffler..."

Then Trump goes on to accuse the reporter of failing to mention Feinstein's name, when that hypocritical a$$h@!e just did the exact opposite and mentioned only Feinstein's name earlier.

This exchange in itself may not be a huge deal, but it's a perfect example of why I cannot stand that blubbering jacka$$ we call "mr president."

This will always be who Trump is.  He will never change.

He will never grow into the moment.

He will never learn to take responsibility or admit fault.

He will never view the >50% of America who does not like or trust him to do what's right as also people he is responsible for leading.

He is who he is. And he's just about the worst person to be president right now.

Trump and the Republicans are going to do everything they can to ram their favorite legislation down our throats in this crisis.

Americans should demand a clean bill with bipartisan oversight.

Abstinence Only is 1) a pipe dream, that not even the most Christian of Christians adheres to, and 2) has NOTHING to do with this crisis. Why are they hiding it in this bill?

Funny thing.  We were just talking over lunch about how much of a baby boom there is going to be in 9 months from now.  Everyone stuck at home...hmmmm...what to do????

Maybe, Republicans are trying to eliminate the chance of our healthcare system being overloaded 9 months from now.

136 degrees? WTF?!?!  Skin starts to suffer injury at 110 degrees, 2nd degree burns can be suffered at 118 degrees and 3rd degree burns come at 131 degrees.

These people are idiots.

And funny story - OANN is that far-right propaganda apparatus that Trump gave the last question to in his presser last week, whatever softball question that was, and then tons of photos of that "reporter" hanging out with Trump & his family appeared online.

Never trust anything that comes from OANN.

that's not just some idiot off the streets.   that is the county commissioner.    somehow, someway we have a whole collective of those idiots inside our government.   from local to federal levels.    some of them don't just use the crazy for their own gain....they are true believers.

How did Rand Paul get a test if he was asymptomatic and no direct contact?

They must have forced him, or done it when he wasn't looking. Because surely he wouldn't get tested on his own, because this is a hoax, and he's asymptomatic.

Right?

This is obviously a serious situation, but can anyone honestly say the media isn't making the situation 100x worse? No different than usual I guess...

Honest question, in what way(s) are they making it worse?  Are they causing the spread of the virus?  Is the President only doing what he says he's done to appease the media? Doubt it.

The situation we're in (social distancing and the economic fall out) is because it is recommended by healthcare professionals.  The media is just getting their message out.
