We also have a HUGE job jumping work force...They basically figured out the best way to get more money was to move from job to job, which is true.  But it can/does leave openings.

Yes, but, the bigger issue is that we are currently at .7 unemployed people per job opening.  And, unfortunately, many that are in that are virtually unemployable for many positions.

What do you end up doing, just keep raising your pay?

At my school we are lucky to get 3 applicants for open teaching positions.  Couple years ago it would have been 15-20

That’s the teachers quitting and going to Only Fans effect.

Don’t forget about the Gig workforce.  So many people now make their living driving Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, or on YouTube, Instagram, etc….that normally would have been with a traditional employer.

And yet here you are!

If I make a mistake I say so. If Biden's handlers make a mistake, or are wilfully disingenuous, they double down, and it gets repeated by the masses.

I have never seen a retraction or admission from the WH staff when this jobs nonsense proves false. Have you?

What do they have to retract regarding the latest jobs report?

First and foremost is the repeated lie that there have been 13 million jobs created. It's would be realistic if they used the term recovered. Check out March 1st 2020 employment numbers compared to March 1st 2024. They are virtually identical.

Every single jobs report for over a year has been revised downwards...by ad many as 100k in June of 2023.

The March press release touts 303k. But forget to note that full time jobs were actually down 6000. 71k were gubmint jobs, and 49k were seasonal construction jobs returning after winter.

But you will never see Biden's team alluding to the truth.

The person you're trying to reason with admitted to trolling P&R for laughs.

The tweet they're basing this conversation on came from someone from The Heritage Foundation.
