I did take creatine until my kidneys decided to take a sh#t on me and now I can't. If I had to chose the one and only supplement to take no matter what, it would be Glutamine.

You don't lose the strength gains though. It's not about size really. It's extra reps and better recovery.

At the very least I hope they do some extensive training so they can at least get it right upon review. I don't think the rule itself is the problem. When Gerry's hit gets reviewed and not overturned, that's the problem.
