      I appreciate the desire for bringing in some of these top names but, chemistry on the staff is worth quite a bit too. Shake things up too violently and we may get set back a couple years. I think if Mike retains a lot of familiarity on staff, we maybe don't miss a beat. Just imo.

      The chancellor keeps sticking his nose into the football program, so yes, if we have to clean house again we need to start there so HP can't keep f'ing it up. If he would do the right thing and stay out of it we'd be better off. Should we have to get rid of his guys, we're going to have to get rid of him too.

      That's the correct analysis. It sucks to lose two top recruits. They likely won't be the only ones, and we'll lose current players, too. But we needed change, and this is an inevitable part of that change.
