      Sting started using the Scorpion Deathlock in 1987.  Bret Hart started using the Sharpshooter in 1991.   Sting didn't invent it, just popularized it.  Some Japanese guy invented it.  

       

      I only know this because I spent the last couple days watching dozens of random pro wrestling videos on YouTube.

      Loved this! A very good friend and former colleague has a daughter with brain cancer. The little girl is still involved in drug trials but the last one didn’t work and the tumor grew.  So sad. But I’m so encouraged by Jack’s story!
