ok so can we get this out of the way? I'm sick and tired of seeing "but we played good for a half". Newsflash genius', a CFB game is 4 quarters long. Playing good for half a game doesn't mean jack sh#t. Can we agree on that and give it a fricken rest?

HB has seemed a little apprehensive this week. It's kind of like we want to go all in on the game but we've been burned a few too many times recently. Well I don't care, I say we take UCLA out behind the woodshed.

Really bizarre day here in northern Colorado today. First responders and closed roads anyway you turn. And finally lost power at work about 4:10 pm. Hope things start getting better sooner rather than later.

Who knows anything about flood insurance? I'm thinking of buying a policy today, and then cancelling it in a month. Can that be done?

Half a years rainfall in half a day in Lyons/Boulder area. Problem is, that's the rainfall rate and it's been going for about 3 days. Calling it Biblical...

We just don't usually see this much rain in Colorado. 7" in 24 hours just south of me. They're closing Thompson canyon, only way out of Estes is over Trail Ridge Road.

OK, rewatched the game. It is not as bad as it seemed. the two late turnovers really affected the outcome, both yardage and points.

Permanent captains, good news out of fall camp, Bo seems to be in a good mood, teams loose, and now blackshirts distributed before first game. How am I not supposed to have excessively high expectations? This may be the most optimistic I've been since at least 2001. Kind of like the feeling. Hey Kool-Aid.
