Every venue I've ever been to pushes it to start of the play or slightly beyond. If Nebraska is not doing this already (because everone else sure is) they have no one to blame but themselves. WE don't have to be"nicer" and "fairer" and more "polite" and "proper" than everyone else. Lincoln is not an intimidating place to play for opponents. There are lots of reasons for that. This is just one of them.
