    Von Miller and Zaire Anderson. One pro, one college. Both of them going to dominate on the weekends. A lot of similarities between the two. Maybe they play on the same field someday. Football can't get here soon enough.

      You don't have to be fast to be successful in the NFL. Gore isn't fast, and he is a damn good RB for SF. All he has to be, is an every down back who can be reliable for a 3-4 yard gain, which I think he can and will be.

      I could be the RB for Denver. It really doesn't matter when you have arguably the best passing QB and the best WR's in the league. No D will be focused on the run.

    A.J. Natter sounds like he's definitely all N. I hope his commitment to this team translates to actual production on the field. We've had far too many guys lately who can talk the talk but are lacking in the walking the walk department. Here's hoping tis kid is part of bucking that trend.

      The most talented NE kid we missed out on was Trevor Robinson fr 2008. But that happened when we fired Callahan and the program was in turmoil. He went to Notre Dame, and is with the Bengals now.

      Stoltenberg does not have nearly as many offers but is garnering a lot of interest and will surely gain quite a few. Right now South Dakota State and Tulsa have offered.

      If the most impressive teams that have offered Phillips are NIU and KSU, then I'm not very impressed. I believe I've heard both of them say that the fact that NU hasn't offered them a scholarship has made them work harder.
