You can also use a similar strategy to do your own resume-strength calculations. Take an arbitrary hypothetical top-5ish team rating (maybe like 95.00 or so? it literally doesn't matter) and calculate what % of the time that team matches a real team's actual record. The lower the %, the more impressive the resume, as that means their accomplishment was harder to do.

It's baffling people can't see the difference between something like Chiefs and something blatantly demeaning like Redskins.

What has become abundantly clear over the last decade is that, despite the growing popularity of the sport in the US, that alone won't be enough to make the US anything more than typical bottom feeders among the best teams in the world. The US will have to commit to either professional curlers (rather than our part timers) and the costs that come with them, or be happy with the bottom feeding at international competitions.

Yeah, the problem is that I stopped listening to a lot of the junk out of 1480 for the same reason. I like Sip, but the combo just drives me crazy sometimes. Give me Jeff Culhane any day of the week over most of the Omaha and Lincoln guys. And yes, I know he's the 'Husker' brand sports show, but ultimately, I just like the guy's style a lot better than most of the local guys. Out of Omaha on the radio, I like Kugler, but not many others.

SMB3 is legendary! I love retro video games. The ice world is nothing compared to the Pipe Maze (World 7). Good luck, man. Like I said, you won't regret it. It's a better soundtrack and better gameplay as well.

Yeah W7 is difficult. But I hate ice levels and water levels in all video games. With a passion. The alcohol isn't helping my dexterity right now either.

I remember I stayed up all night a couple of months ago (the night before a final, nonetheless) playing through every single level in SMB3. Beat it, but damn was I about to lose it a couple times. Some of those levels get SOOOO frustrating! Awesome game.
