Spartness
Brown is N, according to WOWT. And Watson was one of the three recruiters in Houston. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Sweetness. Guys like this are hard to come by. He has the potential to be really special. Also, N confirmed by Rivals. Quote Link to comment
BigRedMan
COMMITED TO NEBRASKA! This Guy Is a Beast! Quote Link to comment
Huskerballz
That's friggin awesome!! This makes our recruiting class pretty kickass if you ask me. Quote Link to comment
melscott62
wow was I wrong o this one. I didnt think we had a chance. HUGE pick up. Quote Link to comment
husker rob
Big Bad Eddie Brown, Baddest Man in the Whole Damn Town Quote Link to comment
huskerguy
This one is a shocker I thought he was A&M's to lose and it seems like they did lose him... they weren't pursuing him as much as Nebraska was... Quote Link to comment
Touchdown Tommie
Great pick up...I hope some of the other recruits that visited follow his lead! Quote Link to comment
huskerfan500
I hope A&M doesn't offer, but until then Quote Link to comment
DJR313
This is awesome. I think this kid is a definite sleeper in this class. A big man that moves as well as he does will cause offenses problems. He may need a redshirt year, but this is a huge pickup, IMO. Great news. Quote Link to comment
Ohio Pete
Big Bad Eddie Brown, Baddest Man in the Whole Damn Town Badder than old King Kong? Meaner than a junkyard dog? I can see him now, coming in on offense for the goal line, jumbo formation. Or do you think Bo keeps him to himself? I think Watson being there gives us a hint that he might play both ways Quote Link to comment
Blackshirtsguru
WHOA!!!!! I did not see this one coming. Good Grief this kid has the physic to be one NASTY defensive tackle! Do you think our coaching staff wanted this one badly? Coach Bo, Carl and Watson were ALL at his school today. Quote Link to comment
gamecocks
THis is awesome to hear. Some training under Bo, should make Eddie pretty good along the D-line. Quote Link to comment
DeathCultArmaggedon
Wow, first Whaley and now Eddie Brown? What a great week for us. Like I said before, I think Eddie Brown will be one of the best players in this year's class. I still can't figure out why he isn't hyped up way more. His size/speed combo is ridiculous. It has been a great week indeed. Hopefully it will continue with Compton reassuring his commitment to us, but if not, at least we're still working hard at recruiting late in the process. Getting Williams back, then Whaley and now Brown...makes me feel a lot better about things. You're right though. His measurables are great and it will be fun to see how he develops with the right kind of coaches. Quote Link to comment
