hastingshusker
I like the multi-turf on the field. From my seats, it makes it a lot easier to figure out how many yards a play has gained. With regular turf it's have to figure out distance at times. As far as the Tom Osborne field, didn't TO request his name be taken off the field? Quote Link to comment
Comish
Anyone have a sense of when the general public will be allowed a glimpse inside Pinnacle ? Quote Link to comment
Twinkletoes Flintstone
Did some updating and this is what would happen if I was put in charge of designing the PBA floor/Memorial Stadium turf: -Remove multi-turf -Add 'Tom Osborne Field' which was on the turf for one season in 1998 -Update baseline wordmarks -State outline returns in different stained wood -B1G logos moved to inside the lane Juuuuuuuust for LoMS Pretty nice. My recommended changes would be, if you're going to have TO Field on there, I think it would look better if it was his actual signature, and put it at the 20's on the field. Also, I would make the endzones red with white lettering and the B1G logo red. If I had an ounce of skill with this stuff I would do a mockup, unfortunately I don't. As far as the basketball courts, I like the second one better. On both, my preference would be "Cornhuskers" instead of "Huskers." Quote Link to comment

GSG
Can someone mock up a "corn field" one like this? Or maybe something like our old license plates: I'm specifically talking about the 1st two Note: I don't think anything like that is a reality, but it's the off-season and I'm bored as sh#t, so I thought maybe someone would want to do that for sh#ts & giggles. knapplc
These are from Friday. And this is from the practice field, where they're replacing the turf. 4 Quote Link to comment
knapplc
The Arena. Anyone know what the girders are for on the north side here? 5 Quote Link to comment
knapplc
More crazy-fast development in the new west Haymarket area. I should have posted a video - this place was buzzing with noise. Construction everywhere. This last pic is looking north from just past the O street overpass along Canopy Street up to the Arena: 5 Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Last few pics that may interest only me - the new pedestrian footbridge going in from the Arena to the Haymarket Park area: This is the terminus of the footbridge as it wraps around the Arena on the East, depositing you in the plaza on the south side of the Arena into Canopy street: The north end mole where you catch the ramp down to the parking lot: 6 Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Anyone know what the girders are for on the north side here? Looks to me like it would be a lighted/video marquee. Especially if it's visible traveling on I-180 coming south. Quote Link to comment

Always a husker
Wow, Lincoln is going to look awesome. Can't wait to go visit for a football game this fall. I haven't been in the city in 4 years. Props to Knapp and everyone else who keep me and all the others who don't get a chance to ever see Lincoln updated. Quote Link to comment
