to be fair, though, beating LSU at home is a heckuva feat. But, yeah, that's insanity.

I was going to say that if a team in the SEC beat Miami they'd jump like 6 spots, but then we've got Mississippi State going to 14th from NR. These polls are a f'ing joke. So many 1-loss SEC teams ranked in front of undefeated teams.

Several of these teams will probably have 3 losses by the end of the year and maybe even have a blowout or 2, but Miss. St. is a good team. The best money can buy!

SEC love fest headed up by ESPN. I wouldn't be surprised to see a 2 loss SEC team make the playoffs over any one loss quality non-sec team..... Auburn should have lost to K-state yet they stayed at #5. Not even a small drop.
