True2tRA
Head coaching changes will happen at Michigan and Florida. Not Nebraska. For the record, I agree. Quote Link to comment
strigori
I have never understood the staff changes line of thinking. All it does is prolong the inevitable. How many coaches get to that point of "Change staff members, or you're fired" and actually succeed after making changes? More often they make the changes, and are then gone within two seasons anyway. If things are bad, they are bad. Bite the bullet and make the change you actually want. 2 Quote Link to comment
alwayshusking
No. Bo's the problem, not his ACs. This program will still be mentally fragile with him as the leader. He doesn't have the answers to fix the problems. Wish him well, but Nebraska needs to move on. 3 Quote Link to comment
Decked
There needs to be some forced firing/hirings Quote Link to comment
hskrpwr13
I wanted to vote yes, with staff changes, but I honestly think the core issues start with Bo. Sadly, had to select, no. Quote Link to comment
Whistlebritches
If this were year 3 or 4 and Bo would be hiring his second OC and/or DC then I would have voted for staff changes. But it will be year 8 and the the third set of coordinators so I have to vote for Bo. 3 Quote Link to comment
Redmusky
Voted for staff changes ,we have a good class coming in, to retain that class on a coaching change we would need a big name hire. Quote Link to comment
ladyhawke
Bo was able to stabilize the program, which I believe is what he was brought in to do, but he just isn't the one that can take us forward. I think he knows that. I'm hoping he will resign after the season is over. Quote Link to comment
Excel
I am the 1% lol. 1 Quote Link to comment
Stumpy1
I voted for retaining Bo but having staff changes. I stated yesterday that Bo should be told to change staffing and if he doesn't like it, hit the road. Quote Link to comment
Hayseed
I hear Brady Hoke will be available. Before I vote, who are you guys that voted no thinking about getting? Quote Link to comment
sd'sker
bo was hired to fix the defense. the defense is a joke. why the hell would we keep him? and he's hired terrible coordinators along the way. so again, why the hell keep him? 1 Quote Link to comment

Ric Flair
I voted no. I would have voted no after each of the past 2 or 3 seasons. It's like Charlie Brown and the football. We know exactly how each big game and season will end. 1 Quote Link to comment
hskrfan4life
If Bo is let go, we need to see a coaching search like the one we had for basketball. No more first year head coaches. Quote Link to comment
