QMany
Adam Rittenberg @ESPNRittenberg 15m15 minutes ago . @schadjoe confirmed Pelini to Youngstown. Bo heads home. Pelini-Tressel combo is fascinating. A formal announcement is expected as soon as Tuesday night. The move to the FCS school is a homecoming for the 46-year-old Pelini and his wife, Mary Pat, who are both from Youngtown, Ohio. The return to be near family and the stability that the couple’s three children will have ultimately outweighed Pelini’s college and NFL job opportunities. http://www.si.com/college-football/2014/12/16/bo-pelini-youngstown-state-nebraska-cornhuskers Quote Link to comment
StPaulHusker
Quote Kids from FBS from school like, say, Nebraska, could transfer and be immediately eligible at an FCS school like, say, Youngstown State (2/2) — Grant Muessel(@Muessel) December 16, 2014 Quote Link to comment
STL Husker
I hope Bo is remembered as a positive for the program when we look back. I thought it was time to let him go, but I feel much differently about him than I do about Callahan. He left the football program in a better position than it was when he took over. I hope he has success at YSU. Quote Link to comment
QMany
Kevin Kugler @kevinkugler 4m4 minutes ago Not a comprehensive study, but I believe the last guy to go from head coach at FBS to HC at FCS was Turner Gill. Coincidental connection. @RedditCFB: Here you go, @FauxPelini, you look adorable now—plus you both appear to have the same demeanor! StPaulHusker
Leaving Paps and Els in the rear view mirror......... Quote My assumption is Bo builds new staff at Youngstown. Could see someone like Joe Ganzas an assistant. — Mike Schaefer (@mikejschaefer) December 16, 2014 Quote Link to comment
