Danimal
Some of you really need to let your hate for Bo go. I know, he didn't win a championship, but he's gone now. Turn the page. This The vitriol seen here is just over the top. Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Zach Barnett @zach_barnett 2m2 minutes ago Bo Pelini, at YSU presser: "I have a president that's understands football, something that I don't know I've ever had." In all of FBS/FCS, there are how many college presidents that "understand football" like Jim Tressel? Five? Seems like an unnecessary point to make. Bo needs to let this go, too. Comish
Yes he has a president that understands football...............But..................does Bo have a commensurate understanding of 'Tats.....? Quote Link to comment
Touchdown Tommie
Good luck Bo...I am sure being back with family and being in familiar grounds will be a little less stressful. 1 Quote Link to comment

How many active head coaches would understand football better than Jim Tressel? I don't think it is as insulting as you hoped. 1 Quote Link to comment
zoogs
I tried pretty hard to get on board with Bo's new public presence leaf of 2014, but boy, am I glad he's gone. He's a very smart football coach who would have relative success at many stops, but it's a shame we had to put up with this man as the paid face & representative of the program for so long. If there ever was a Bo that truly pointed the thumb instead of literally everywhere else, that Bo disappeared some time ago. If this is how Bo wants to exit Nebraska, he won't have any well wishes from this Nebraska fan. 2 Quote Link to comment

jaws
College football fans take things way too serious. He is playing up to the room of Youngstown reporters and Tressel. Nebraska needs to move on and I mean that on many different levels. 4 Quote Link to comment
Thanks_Tom RR
I bet Bo doesn't even realize YSU is in a lower tier division. I remember when he was asked about scheduling FCS schools, Bo replied, "I don't even know what FCS is". 2 Quote Link to comment
The Maudfather
So Pelini is clearly over it. Nice to see he's still taking it well. Quote Link to comment

Yea I actually saw the president of the school motivating players and calling plays when Pelini was getting destroyed on the field and he could not get a very talented team to rise up. I think he had an AD for most of his tenure who knew a thing or two about football, but I guess the guy had not clout at the University of Nebraska. Quote Link to comment
