LumberJackSker
Great pick up, I would love to see some underclassmen playing a big role on the offensive line in the next few years. If guys like Barnett,Foster,Farmer and Gates are as good as advertised than they should be able to pass a couple of under achieving upper classmen. Quote Link to comment
RockyMountainOySker
Awesome! Hope Coach Cav turns him into a heck of a player. Quote Link to comment
Minnesota_husker
This is a great get for the Huskers. He will turn that fat in to muscle and seems to have a good mean streak. Give him two years(one redshirt) and he is a 2-3 year starter. Quote Link to comment

"Coach Riley is a very special person." Brian Christopherson @HuskerExtraBC 25m25 minutes ago Breeze on Riley: "He’s a very caring coach. Very humble coach. He’s soft-spoken, but when he starts talking, everybody listens." #Huskers Brian Christopherson @HuskerExtraBC 21m21 minutes ago Two of Breeze's better recent players, linebacker Jabral Johnson and safety Tyrequek Zimmerman, just finished their careers for Riley at OSU 2 Quote Link to comment
zoogs
It sounds like other schools had cooled on him (refers back to Mavric's comments about his performance during UA game). However, at the very least, re-establishing these OK roots, as well as the splash of landing a high profile recruit late in the game, these are tremendous positives. Now it's up to Cavanaugh to develop him. Quote Link to comment
Popular Post ADS
Pelini and Co had not landed a top 100 (247 ranking) recruit since joining the Big Ten. Riley gets it done in a month. 11 Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
My god. Look at that offer list. And Riley marches in and lands this guy after offering just one month ago? What the hell. I am mesmerized. Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
Does anyone have any specifics on how we got this guy? Was the previous staff recruiting him and then Riley and Co. closed the deal? Or was it that Riley had looked at him while they were at Oregon State and then went after him hard after getting to a school closer to Oklahoma? EDIT -- Sounds like Riley just offered him a month ago, after getting the NU job. Thanks, Count. Quote Link to comment
ScottyIce
Looks like big part was Riley coached two of Barnett's Head Coaches players very recently at Oregon State. This got foot in door at least I'd say. Quote Link to comment
