Dagerow
I can't see him going to byu. That is a nasty rivalry - one of the most heated in all of college football. Quote Link to comment

Minnesota_husker
Pretty awful time for a visit. No one is on campus right now. Husker baseball is done. Only good thing is weather. Quote Link to comment
Bowfin
Can't imagine he would seriously consider BYU after playing at Utah, even though he is Mormon. Aren't they pretty much bitter rivals? Did you ever hear the story on how former Cowboy great, Golden Richards, ended up at BYU? A Mormon bishop told him he either plays at BYU or goes on a mission trip. It might be "suggested" to him that he stays in Utah. Quote Link to comment

I would imagine a guy that has his degree wouldn't be as swayed by the collegiate atmosphere as a wide eyed high schooler. I think things like system fit, depth chart and relationship with coaches would be the most important for a one and done. Quote Link to comment

I think he might be trying to say that the church may influence his decision, not by sending him on another mission, but in some other way :dunno Quote Link to comment
MichiganDad3
Has Stevie T said what is goal is for playing another year? Is he trying to get drafted, or is he looking for an advanced degree? Does he have a shot at the NFL? I suspect that he would benefit greatly from the Nebraska strength and conditioning program. Quote Link to comment
girlknowsfootball
He visited Bama a day or two after NU and is suppose to visit USC before making his decision. I hope we got him in front of Tavita Thompson and Mark Phillips so he feels at least a little Polynesian connection. I don't think he's gonna choose bama because he wouldn't start and he wants to start. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Looks like the full court press. Love it. NU could definitely stand to gain a DT after all that have departed in one offseason. Quote Link to comment
