Wait. Why does this guy maintain an always-on dashcam in his car? Presumably knowing it was on, why did he record himself being both an over-reacting danger to society and cowardly idiot? Presumably given the chance to think about it, how did he let someone else get access to the footage? It's not like body cams are required of average citizens. Yet. Link to comment
